Shipping Information Shipping and Handling charges are applied to all orders. Although Scientific Distributors uses UPS as its primary shipping carrier, we also ship via Federal Express, and other local carriers. Any shipment over 70 pounds will go via truck carrier.
Shipping of Hazardous Chemicals Scientific Distributors will only ship hazardous chemicals in accordance with provisions stipulated in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49. Any additional packaging expense, required by DOT and/or UPS will be added to your invoice.
Returns Before returning any product, please contact the Customer Service department to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. The RGA number should then appear on the outside of the return package. This will avoid any processing delays.
